A lovely German 3/4 violin possibly made in the Roth workshops.  The violin is beautifully made with a magnificent one piece back made of vivid flamed maple which seem to dance when viewed at different angles. 
 
The innards are fully blocked and lined and the scroll is neatly cut. This violin projects as well as a full sized equivalent and is a joy to play.  Probably the best fractional sized violin we have ever seen.
 
The length of the back is 337 mm.
