A very fine Italian violin made by the brothers Dante and Alfredo Gustalla in Reggio Emilia, to the south east of Cremona in 1925. Pupils of Scarampella this violin shows an excellent degree of fine Italian craftsmanship.
This is a very pretty violin made from the most beautiful and striking single piece of maple we have ever seen. Made all the more beautiful by the rich, red oil varnish and elegant edgework.
A fine, rich tone. Perfect for a professional or up and coming student looking for a great Italian instrument.
